There must be another problem somewhere. I get stuck the whole morning on different websites, including Youtube. But doing a speed test everything is fine. I'm on RSAWEB
Seems that there is nothing and then suddenly everything works again. Took 15s to open this thread

Started noticing an increase in latency across the board from 19:00 onwards:

Yep, Youtube is dog slow this morning. Can't watch a 1080p video without buffering every few seconds.

Thanks, though I believe sandman is in JHB, so the issue might be more widespread / different.

Down here in Durban, too. Kept downgrading to 144p. Everything back to normal around midday.

There was quite a big drop in traffic on all caches in all regions but I did see in the ZANOG community group all ISPs were affected. They have been humming along nicely since then.

Same. Been getting 1Gbps on a 250mbps line for about a month now. I'm not complaining.
