Edit: SADV support has been great past couple days. Not 1 email from Afrihost...

They came to my house during the day when there is no issue on the line. Checked the lights on my ONT and said there is no issue... Emailed every address I had finally got a response that they are going to look at the node. But that is a different department...
 
Said it before and will say it again. Openserve pricing is uncompetitive in terms of IPC and other related costs but one thing is for sure they probably have THE BEST network of the lot.
 
Changed my Order From Frogfoot to Openserve on Wednesday. They Called me today, but unfortunately, I Couldn't answer as I was busy. Really hope they phone soon again and I did not mess up my chance of getting my line installed soon :(

Openserve gaan baie beter wees. FrogFoot is net nie so goed nie maar ongelukkig kom dit met n prys. Openserve doe naweek installasies ook. Hulle is gewoonlik baie vinnig.
 
So are you guys just speaking among yourselves? Where are the Afrihost reps?

New article claiming a WACS and SEACOM "shunt fault". Cables requiring to be pulled up to the surface for repair or something... not sure if this is related......
