Thanks, maybe the line is fine after all then - cause the upload speeds are hitting 1gbps - no sweat. So it only makes sense the download should do the same. Will see when the outage issues is resolved.

Weirdly enough Youtube manages to put my throughput up to 25mbps using the CDN.
