Down for me in Somerset west. Dropped at 4am when we loadshed. My fibre never drops. Power came back around 6. Still no connection. Reset router. ONT shows service but it's not connecting.

Same here, but I seem to be fine. Only difference I can see between me and friends is that I am using Google DNS.

Very broken on their side.

Doesn't seem to affect everyone and @Scooby_Doo trace looks perfect. We also not getting complaints from clients on other FNO's where they take the same routing path. Will let you know if we find anything.

For what it's worth - have 2 users living next to each other both on FF/AH

One is fine - the other wont get DHCP assigned on either router or direct connection to laptop.

ONT has been power cycled/ left off for a while - no difference

I have a ups on the router/ont so I would not have been dropped during the last 24 hours of loadshedding. If I was to power cycle my ONT now, I wonder if it would end up in the same situation as everyone else...

To be clear, I am not going to do that... :D

We suspect a change made in the early hours of this morning to fix an issue that has been causing intermittent performance for Vuma Reach clients might have an adverse effect on FrogFoot connections.

We have added a notice for now while we working on a fix.

Mine is up and running again.

Just to recap
Power dropped at 4am.
ONT still showed service but router struggled to connect
Power came back, router still unable to connect
Reset router, wouldnt connect
Connected to ONT directly, connects
Reset router 2 more times, no connection
Connected older D-Link router and connection is established within seconds.

Seems my Hauwei WS5200 is faulty
