And then what about Richards Bay, is it the same fault all the way from Durban? So when that one is repaired, mine should be fully functional again?

Its going to be a sad 3 days without internet at home

With FrogFoot all areas in KZN fall under the sub category DBN.

The outage listed is for Richards Bay and Empangeni degraded services.

Just a thank you to AfriNatic. Not sure if it's just Eugene or a team on this account, but very pleased with how you managed things and would be happy to provide formal feedback up the line if needed.

Has this been fixed? I noticed last night my connection was more stable but still a bit slow, experienced 2 or 3 disconnects while I was gaming yesterday but overall was much better than the previous nights.

Hi there. Do you have any information regarding an outage in the Fish Hoek area. I contacted the helpdesk and they said that there is an issue with frogfiot, but not much else.

Hi,

We are investigating a possible outage affecting clients on Afrihost and Frogfoot fibre in CPT.

Can you send me a pm with your email so I can double check for you and send the info through to noc?
