If I'm not mistaken I think PUBG uses Amazon servers. Can you please capture an IP when playing the game and do a trace route to the IP for us to investigate the issue?

Also getting packet loss, but on Mweb. Also just happening at night. For me that is on Openserve in Pretoria. As far as I can tell it's been happening since last week sometime.

We made changes to the vlan in an attemt to improve connectivity in PE but it did not have the desired result. We rolled back the changes made.

I have not gone into detailed testing yet, but Netflix and Youtube during the evening present 240p at most.
Webpages take a while to load. Even some of my games take a while to resolve.

Restart ONT & Router and you fine once again. Not sure if anything is related.

Depending on the router you use it's as simple as enabling IPv6 and setting to DHCPv6. If you wish to use your own DNS you can change that otherwise automatic will allocate our DNS.

and IPV6 is not selectable on my router
