Hi,
Not seeing any issues on our side. Also don't see any increase in support requests.
Have you ruled out the possibility of wifi or router issues?
Yes - it's not connected via wifi and my router is fine.

Will do so, thank you.Hi,
Can you change the DNS to 1.1.1.1 and reboot and check if it make any difference with browsing?
Hi, any update on the Google issues, unable to watch Youtube on anything above 480P, 200/200 line.
From what I recall they have a billing cycle that starts on the 25th or something and do it in batches, but can't guarantee when you'd be billed. Either they don't feel like supporting it, or it could be a limitation from their payment vendor. Why aren’t we allowed to change dates when Afrihost takes their money?

Connection today is complete.... wow. This is.. no man.
So I changed the DNS on the Huawei AX3 router to 1.1.1.1 and it still hasn't improved the Wifi. Apps still take ages to load and sometimes not at all. Hopefully I just changed it in the incorrect place because nothing else seems to fix it.

Hi,
Youtube issues is resolved after we got our cache upgrade in CPT.
If you are still experiencing issues please install a browser plugin called IPvFoo and while a video is buffering open stats for nerds and click the IPvFoo addon to show the IP's serving the content and drop me a pm so I can have a look for you.
I'm in JHB and getting this issue. Can I do the same please?
SentYes please. Also send the output of https://redirector.googlevideo.com/report_mapping?di=no to me.
The AX3 automatically completes the setup when I factory reset the router with the ethernet cable connected in the correct ports and it doesn't give me an option to configure the router for Extender Mode.Hi,
It's not advisable to run the AX3 in DHCP mode when using Vuma Reach.
Please make sure you have a CAT5e or higher plugged into LAN1 on the Vuma Reach ONT to the AX3 WAN port.
Then reset the AX3 to factory settings and during the setup click on "Configure router for Extender Mode" This is the best mode to run a secondary router for to avoid double nat issues and possibly the issue you are currently facing.
