So a PM would have worked to the relevant company Rep?

If emails and twitter and phone calls goes unanswered trust me a PM will not solve this problem, especially if that PM goes a little something like this: "Hi <InsertUserName>. I'll escalate your ticket with our team immediately. ^<insertBotName>"

So you create a thread in order to force them to address your issue?
