Afrihost, stop spamming me!!!

Are you guys going to use the "system failure" excuse again or is there perhaps someone creative around that can think of a better excuse? :p

There are no current issues with unsubscribing from mails that I'm aware of or have been reported. :)

Jeepers you are whiny bitch.
He has a legitimate point. Being whiny about this is a valid standpoint. I am quite sure that AH is spamming to gain a competitive advantage and that they are actively combating competitive spam. I am all for fairness, enable subscribers and disable un-subscribers. All that spammers care about is the money and not the problem it creates.

We do send our Clients promotional mails for promotions that we run. Any of our Clients are able to opt-out of these messages at anytime from either the ClientZone or by using the un-Subscribe option in the mail. :)

Good to know, if it is consistently practiced in this manner.

I AM NOT YOUR CLIENT

Rather answer how you got his email in the first place.

I won't know until I have the actual email address.

I have clicked every single unsubscribe spam you have sent. From gian and now from this fibre spam email

You can deal with the complaint from ispa and get my email address then.

As for where you got it from. I was a client years ago before your service went to hell

I never opted in for your promotional garbage emails

We'll definitely engage in the ISPA process, however they're going to ask us to resolve the issue with you, so we might as well give that a shot.

If you don't mind providing us with the email address, we can clear this up very quickly by checking our records and the preferences in the ClientZone profile attached to that email address.

We're happy to engage with you here or via ISPA, it will amount to the same thing. Not sure if you've been through the ISPA process, but 99.99% of them are resolved because ISPA requires that both the complainant and the ISPA make an effort to resolve the issue together. Hence I've said, if you're happy to PM me, we can resolve this now rather than later :)
