Correct. Was told to find the thresholds on these accounts. Just doing my job.
Please let me know what is actually going on, because there is myself and 17 of my friends, each on their own uncapped accounts and we are all not happy! We use it mostly for downloading and gaming (which is also not great!).

I feel really really sorry for you guys. Glad I made the switch away from AH. I still have my backup AH 1GB capped account. Did not use it in November. I will be cancelling this as well before Christmas.
