I am sincerely sorry if you've had to wait longer
than usual to get help from us in the past few days.
We've been overwhelmed by the response to our
Uncapped ADSL launch earlier this week and as
such our support levels have not been up to the
usual high standards we strive for.
Our team of rockstars are all working flat out but
it is taking longer than we'd like to get to all the
phone calls and emails.
I promise you that we are doing everything we
can to make sure that our service levels stay the
best in the country - We've always taken great
pride in delivering products that absolutely delight
and amaze and we're not going to stop now!
So what are we doing about it?
We are hiring 10 new Support Engineers and I
