Afrihost/Vuma Torrent traffic throttle?

I am getting <1MB/s torrent download speeds on my Afrihost/Vuma 1Gb/s line today.
Line speedtest perfect.
Legit, very well seeded torrent, download the files twice a month , always getting 700Mb/s+
Anyone having issues, anything I can do to troubleshoot?
