i would love to try aion before buying it. Nutty, is there any possible way to upload it locally? Just cannot afford to download 6gb international
Hosting it for download in SA will cost more than the international download m8!

Level 1-15 (never had time to level further, stupid 630mb patch on the 2nd last day)
It has some nice features in the game like chain spells, gliding, flying, locating npc's on the minimap. Also what I liked about the game is that it had much more of a fantasy RPG feel, something wow and other popular mmo's are lacking a bit.
Other than that it has all the goodies most mmo's has, action houses, professions, group quests, elites, etc. I must say though that the quests are much harder much like vanilla wow which was both nice and annoying at other times. The game has a lot of small things to sort out like, when you search for something in the AH, its case sensitive and does not find partial matches other than that I would not rate it better than other MMO's but certainly has potential to get better.

1000's of free keys were given away on various sites in Europe...and just my luck, they were all gone by the time I managed to get registered on each of the forums.(SA LAG issue)
Then they added another 10k to one of the sites and I got a few keys YAY!
Dished them out..and then had to update our clients 3.7gigs.
That took me 4 days to do!! What with 12KB/s and disconections and worse...but of course the 13th deadline had come and gone.
Today I cannot access the Auth and I cant even get into my own server LOL!! OMG ...What I wouldn't do for a decent connection!

I think i should rather run the updates now so that it can be finished the time when it opens.Dont wanne download updates on the release date.
