The next time that it does this, take a pic of the LiBMS screen. It's what the battery's BMS is reporting. You will probably see that it is the BMS that is reporting the SoC. Get the battery's supplier to sort it out, may need a firmware update, or a checkout for a bad cell.
This may surprise the Hubble Bashing Brigade, but yes, surprise surprise, it does actually happen to other battery manufacturers too![]()
The installer was out last week and they did a firmware upgrade whilst he was here.
