All things Sunsynk (Deye, Inge, etc...)

Mine's reporting again, but data logs are about 15-20 minutes behind.

Gateway's logging is set to every 60 seconds, but even at equipment reporting-level, 10h30 is latest data reported when time-of-day is 10h48.

Anyone else?

(also some of yesterday's data AWOL altogether)

Mine is also around 25minutes behind currently.

Yep, similar to my system, missing data from yesterday, up and down data today, it's a bit of a cluster **** at the moment.

Not sure about delay but was going to post that my phone app's PV "speed gauge" was sitting on zero while power flow indicated otherwise. Just refreshed and everything is on zero again.

Mine seems back on track again and current with display on inverter.

The Deye logger stopped working too and came back around the same time. So it wasn't specific to the SS logger...
Not just that but my SS mobile app will show data (when it's not down), but when logging in to Sunsynk.net desktop site and using the exact same credentials it has no data for the past 2 months.

They must have borked something with my migration.

My data is now in real-time, but all historical data preceding this month is gone.

Make sure your email address is all lower case when using it as your username. That was a big change for some when they migrated us region 1's.
You sir are a genius. My email address does actually have upper case characters in it. Changed it to lower case and all my data is there.

You are still logging in to the old server. Log off on your desktop and log in again. Alternatively, use a different browser. I had the same problem except in my case the old site kept updating with my data while the new server had none of my data. It was quite a battle to get Sunsynk to fix it.

Checking on the battery settings on our Deye inverter and I see the "Activate battery" option is ticked.

That doesn't seem right? Isn't that option only to be used when a battery was depleted to 0%?

You can deactivate it - no harm in doing so. And yes its main function is to force charge a depleted battery

Will it cause any issues being activated? Installer selected it, so don't want to change anything without them doing it. Just wondering if it could cause any issues in normal operation.

I have no clue what's up with our batteries SOC today.

In the normal course of functioning it won't cause any issues. From the looks of your SOC graph your batteries may need to be balanced / equalised as there seems to be some SOC drift.

Edit: when was the last time they got to and stayed at 100% for a period of time?

Basically daily. They stay at 100% for an hour or so then go to 99%.

How would you go about balancing / equalizing them?

Having them sit at 100 usually does the trick for mine …
Will have to have the installer come take a look. I know the battery wasn't properly balanced when he first installed it at the start of the month, but thought that after a month of use it would have sorted itself out. Battery normally is full by 12:00 and then sits at 99% until 18:00 before discharge starts.

Today has been some of the worst spikes I've noticed. Something is definitely amiss.

For those who might understand this better than I do...

Anyone else having issues with their SunSynk app or website not working again? Maybe another SunSynk server outage?
