Mine is still stuck on 5 minute intervals, despite the settings being on 60sec.

I hope you come right with the battery, but the timezone issue comes from the Deye Cloud/Solarman app.Timezone is still incorrect, +1 hour for some reason
I have 10 panels and they are facing east and west and production has been decreasing gradually now down to 2.55kW which I assume is normal?

a month ago it was higher at the same time

It looks right but I did have similar problem when the city installed the new meter. Maybe they did something but to me it all looks like it is.Check your CT is installed correctly, at the correct location and direction
yeah looking forward to 21 June...Winter is coming
Do you know where?I hope you come right with the battery, but the timezone issue comes from the Deye Cloud/Solarman app.
Before they only had Cairo if I recall correctly but they have since added more places and JHB (or Pretoria) is now an option.
Easy enough to change in the App.
Egypt has daylight savings time hence the +1.
It's in the plant settings. The inverters inherit it from the app so changing there had no effect on mine.Do you know where?
The time is out on the inverter as well, and I don't think we have the necessary admin powers to change anything. We can basically only view the stats.
Hard to tell without seeing your battery soc and what your battery charge rate is.I am confused, clear perfect day yesterday, no clouds, and I was able to produce max 2.50kWView attachment 1823118
today it is cloudy and patches of sun and I am seeing 3.74kW?

10 x 550W panels and SOC at the time was about 70% but maybe that cloud edge effect and the cause of the higher production rate…Hard to tell without seeing your battery soc and what your battery charge rate is.
If I look at yesterday, the solar curve is smooth which matches a clear day but if your loads are low and your battery charge rate is low then it is about what it will look like.
If you have clouds etc today, it might have peaked higher due to the cloud edge effect. But the solar curve is more erratic due to the clouds.
We also don't know your array size, etc so it's hard to give proper feedback.
Same thing happened to mine, it turned out the wifi logger board was faulty and pulling the control circuit down.Woke up to a dead Deye 8kw inverter this morning.
The screen is off, and no lights on the front. Logger is also dead.
Tried to restart it by completely isolating it from power, then repowering and turning on. The screen flickered on for a bit, and it went dead again.
Also looked up my installer, seems they're also gone as many do..
Anyone know what the warranty claim process is like?
Rather frustrating as googling this it seems a few people have had the same problem with these inventers
I have solar assistant connected, it's also down, but the batteries are still online (direct connection), it'll be interesting to see if they're charging.Same thing happened to mine, it turned out the wifi logger board was faulty and pulling the control circuit down.
Took it to Deye service centre in Kyalami Park, was fixed 3 days later under warranty
