If only one of the dam alt sites would verify my information. Been wanting to buy Ripple for two weeks now.

Thinking about Crypto kitties, but too scared to take the plunge. Anyone else try?

You can try either binance or hitbtc...neither of them require verification.
Edit: I sent you a link yesterday?

So Binance only allows you to deposit by transferring crypto right? Sucks, cause we pay a premium in SA.

Yeah.
That'll be the case for every international exchange. Hopefully it ends up being a good trade and you make that money back from your initial conversion to eth / btc. I try not to think about it too much.

Fair point. Arent you paying a bit of fees though?

Premium BTC cost + sending fee + cost to convert and purchase alt currency?

I use ETH where possible - works out cheaper than BTC in many cases.

The fees I just think of as part of the process...if I want to use international exchanges I have no choice but to jump through the hoops and incur those costs. If you're investing for the long term it doesn't matter that much...the alts I bought months ago when btc was $5000...I've long forgotten about what the exchange fees were. However - if you're day-trading and constantly needing to buy fresh btc / eth locally then yeah..it's gonna hurta real bad.
