My the one blame for all those "Internet Selling Penny-pinchers" is one well known fact: ISP NEVER PAYS FOR BYTES, they buy SPEED! I.e. Megabytes per second. So... WTF they LIE AND CRY in front of us?!! Fusk 'em....
If provider sit on 10Mbit channel (yep, funny) and sells this bandwidth as "4Mbit" to 100 customers, OF COURSE this idiot will never provide proper speed! Hell, where is the law for these slyboots? If I pay for 1Mbit, I must be guaranteed that any time my speed is what exactly I paid for! And all those 'antipirate/antitorrent' games is just a sh*t to reduce our rights and excuse their terrible service.
Can some one using it in the CT region, Rondebosch/Newlands/Claremont give me latency figures and reliability?
For the 1mb uncapped, is it 1up-down?
Can you game on the package? to local servers. Isgaming in particular
