That's for sure, it really wouldn't surprise me if Zuma is charged soon. Maybe Selebi too to give the appearance of impartiality.

Lol - what do you teach and what grades? Man I take my hat off to anyone with the guts to teach today. Seriously. All grades. If it's not the kids, it's the delinquent parents, but I bet it's rewarding alot of the time nonetheless.

I didn't study teaching. But ATM I'm a governing body appointment and I give computer classes, full-time, at a primary school. From grades R, 1 - 7. Regarding the parents ... I've said it more than once. Most of the parents in my middle class school, should have NEVER BEEN, and also NEVER BE, parents.

But I love it. The pay sucks but I love it.

The tensions are far more apparent this time around - I think the next guy will have alot more detractors than before, but who knows, it may still require another generation before we see real opposition.

Funny that - I have thought of doing the same - have two kids at primary school and have wondered if there is an opportunity to do it part time... there is serious need in that department - my kids aren't learning anything modern tech wise at school and I feel like I have so much to offer - would love to do it. Yeah, the pay must suck. At least you are teaching something interesting IMO.

How many of Mbeki's people are still on the NEC? I'm guessing their main goal would be getting rid of Zuma, saw the deputy pres. described as a compromise pres. candidate, he might just become that if Zuma's charged and convicted.

The Political analyst has a point (on SABC) .. the Zuma aligned candidates all won by the same amount of margin... (about 830 votes) They were voting from a script.

Its gonna be a battle of ANC vs. Government in 2008 on Zuma issue.

It seems like the Zuma supporters all voted identically and the Mbeki supporters did the same. Very polarised.

Be interesting to see whether the threatened no confidence vote materialises. I wonder how much support Mbeki has amongst ANC MPs? I'm guessing the DA et al. would support him over Zuma.

It seems my guess for president of SA is closer to coming true with Motlanthe being elected as Vice president. Now all that is left is that Zuma will be charged and Motlanthe will take over, or at least i think so, i don't know what the ANC constitution says.
