Its funny how you get those 1 star reviews all over Gamelofts titles, yet I have to experience a single problem with any of their games. I am not saying the people are talking crap, just that I don't have any problems buying their games.
I'll let you in on a little secret tomorrow....

They are quick to swap out games if you log a support ticket on the official site and they can not help you get the game working.
It's a lot of poor reviews though.. Many of which indicate serious issues on the S3. I have no shortage of Android games so not a big deal. I'll start playing much more once I've got myself a Moga for my phone, and then I'll be less strict about what I try. Local prices are terrible but I'm going to the UK in 1.5 months.

Problem with that is that is its bound to that phone.
If you swap to a new phone you can not install em again.
Was wondering about that, also guess you wont be able to install on Tablet+Phone.
That sucks big time.

That bound to one phone only goes for the Free games. The original purchase or normal purchases can be reacquired via the My download page. This is where the Tablet problem comes in as the Game is bound to your Phone Number and you can see how this could be an issue on most tablets.
Simply put The games are cheap but don't expect them to follow you over the years.... then again do you ever replay mobile games you bought 2 years ago?
