I think the prices are converted at current rates (probably unless requested otherwise by developer)

I'm sure it'll only be a matter of days. Google opened the store almost out of nowhere so developers need a few days to catch on I am sure

Your app is linked to your account for life. you can even install it on 5 different android devices at the same time, as long as they use that Google account.

New phone just click on install/purchase again and it will install no charge.

What's the process of making payment involve? Do you have to register your Credit card ?

You use Google Checkout and yes it involves linking your card but that only happens during the setup process

We are small fish in a BIG pond. Google does see South Africa as important. Apple does not (yet).

Ye dude. Quite a few extra features. Worth it.
Considering how much data costs in SA, a very very very essential tool

There are free ones - but IMO they don't come close to 3G Watchdog.
