Banks like doind stuff like this. We charge you fees which are X rand, or as may be notfied by us from time to time. If its in there, then they can pretty much do it, but if the contract does not contain the necessary detail, you can tell them to fkuk that cat I was talking about earlier!!!
NEW capping policy w.e.f 1 February 2008 ~ Once your service threshold and collective threshold have been exceeded, you will be placed within your allocated Local Only bandwidth which is on promotion. As you will not be capped on local bandwidth, we reserve the right to bill you for anything exceeding the allocated local bandwidth that is on promotion. The charge for local bandwidth is R25,55 per gig. If you desire international surfing you can top-up your current username with additional blended bandwidth.
