Anyone else having connection problems?

My BB Bold 9700 does not want to connect this morning. Was working fine last night before I charged it. No internet connection at all. Says I am not in area that supports data connection and icon in corner is either GSM or 3g with small "g"

Strangely enough, my wife's phone (my old E71) has also 'crashed' and is devoid of any response this morning!

Anyone else with issues??

Did you pull the battery and resend service books.

Recommendations go to "Manage Connection" and Select "Service Status" Check the BlackBerry Internet Service if it says connected to BIDS
What network are you on - which area are you in ? A friend of mind is experiencing problems in the South of Joburg - Apparently all of the phones in the house hold do not get any data services.
