Anyone else having issues on Mweb?

For the last couple days I'm unable to achieve anything higher than 25KBps/200K download on my 384K uncapped/unshaped account.
Normally I would average between 35KBps and 38KBps but lately the speeds have been rather poor.

I've logged a call with Mweb support so I'm curious to see what they say.

Anyone else having similar problems?

are you in cpt? because in cpt its flying because we are on sat-3 now.

Nah I'm in Jhb man. Just tested and speeds seem to have improved only slightly from this morning. Still no word from Mweb technical. If this keeps up I'm moving to Openweb Gold. Right now I'm paying for an unshaped account but my speeds are not much better than the shaped users.

I haven't found any mention about possible issues on Seacom so is Mweb running out of capacity or something?
