Anyone using a treadmill desk?

Entry level ones for R20k still look decent, relatively speaking not too bad, considering the physical/emotional health and productivity you'd achieve. Like it a lot.

My job used the be extremely sedentary, when I started to get back problems I tried out the treadmill desk. That is now 4 years ago. This is me below. I walk about 10 to 12 km per day - which equates to 3,500 km per year. I record this all on my FitBug. A real life changer - they are worthwhile investment. can get them from Walk and Work: http://walkandwork.co.za

That looks fantastic, but aren't you worried about skin cancer being out in the sun for that long. Also don't your eyes ache from the bright light? I'd love that view, but I'd need a roof over my head.

I'm curious about that large white block in the middle, what is it, a drive in screen?

Not sure if serious....

Jan you should probably be open and say this is your company before punting it
Lol if that's true, still I'm glad I've found out about this product.

If the op is the owner of the company selling them he needs to learn forum courtesy asap, very poor form punting something if you fail to reveal you are directly connected to the company.

just google his name along with the company. also a guy called jan linked to the domain record.

Cool product, but poor business punting.

It's like a exterminator phoning a Spur and complaining about roaches he saw there last night, and then phoning back 10mins later as another person offering his services

Say hello to hemorrhoids, or so I've heard. Imagine it depends on your build though

Neither me nor my wife ever had any hemorrhoids and we're using the gym balls for more than a decade now.
Best investment ever; and you buy a no burst one; the simple ones are dangerous for your coccyx.
