AppleID has been disabled - please help

Hi

For a while now I have been receiving the above message on my phone. I can access itunes on my pc and view my account, but not on my phone. Trying to access any app, and I get the same message.

I have updated to the lastest software and done a phone restore with no avail.

Besides creating a new ID, is there anything else I can do?

Done all that. I have created a new appleid and still get the same message.
