Aramex global shopper

I have never used them, but surely they work the same way as any other site we order from.
Register on Souq. Put Dubai Aramex address as your address. Order and wait.

Looking to purchase a rather expensive item there so don't wanna trial it with that lol that's why hoping somebody here has tried it already.

It's owned by Amazon btw so should be similar I'm hoping.

So is there anyway to use this to purchase from souq.com in dubai?

Yes and no.

I successfully added the Aramex Dubai International depot's address, but Souq.com needs a local cell number to send a verification OTP. I know someone in Dubai so I used his cell number and he sent me the pin.

I however stopped short of ordering because the Mastercard payment gateway kept giving me a "incorrect order number" error for some unknown reeason....

Maybe the local cell# and restrictions on foreign cards is a security measure to only sell to residents in the countries they cover. Years ago I took a chance to purchase something online as SA was not covered, picked up that the CC was from SA and denied the transaction.

Could very well be. If I decide to pull the trigger from Souq, I will ask my connection there to order using his account and card, add Aramex Dubai AGS address and then I will EFT the Rand value into his SA bank account which he still has and uses when he comes home to holiday.

I would love to use services like this and Postbox Courier for a Myprotein order, but it is just too expensive per KG. Pity it is so expensive.

Yeah, it is an express service and therefore weight + planes do not go well together

If you use the app tunnelbear (VPN) and then Google "Shop and Ship Souq", you will see they recommend Souq com as a preferred site to shop from.
You need to use Tunnelbear... or the Shop and Ship page will redirect to the local Aramex Global Shopper.

I want to ship JBL Speaker but Aramex has nailed me before and I am scared :crylaugh:
