Be very careful doing this as it would be considered as defrauding SARS. Big companies get away with it, but the little guy usually gets caught.Always ask the company if you can do 2 payments. One must be the amount of the decleared value. The other the balance. When SARS / Aramex asks for proof of payment you can show the decleared amount on your bank statment.
I always send a message to supplier saying NO INVOICE IN PARCEL. That way, when Aramex charge me customs duty of R1261.40 (for ¥474) and R937.65 (for ¥370) I can fight the amounts.
¥474 = R975
¥370 =R761
