They give you a specific account unique part of the address. Something like CPT1234 which you need to use as part of the address at the online shop. I personally put it in as part of my name. eg. "John CPT1234 Doe".

Hmm, seems to be a golf club trainer thingy. Perhaps they treated it with suspicious as it could be used as a weapon, or maybe they think it comes with golf balls, which are okay on their own but deadly in a fire.

They are an international shipper into South Africa.

The company I work for has an importers code - so would I need to register a new Aramex account under company name or can I use my current account but their details to clear?
Also interested in how this works.
Can I put the company's name under name and put the importers code in one of the other text boxes and pay from my bank account?

The importer's code has to be in the name of the person importing items.
So, if you work for Callie Bubble Products, the importers code must be under that name, and the Aramex account must be under that name.

This could be like the Chinese companies that operate on eBay that will happily send to New York, but refuse to send to Shanghai or Hong Kong as they get kick-backs for importing internationally.
Or it could just be it's Italy. Things are strange in Italy.

Probably a dumb question but can you use global shopper to shop at websites not listed on the aramex site?
