Please don't quote me, but I don't see why you can't use your company import code - as long as they're okay with it.Anyone know if you can use your/the company you work for's import number to bring shipments in on Aramex IF its address to the Company? Aramex doesn't wanna answer the phone Or reply to my email
Seeing as you got the email, I guess they figured it out.So I'm using the aramex global shopper for the first time.
Got an email from aramex saying they received my parcel without my account number.
What happens now?

It's the puzzling part.Seeing as you got the email, I guess they figured it out.![]()
2 days is average. 4 days? Start screaming at Johannesburg.Hi All
New to the forum, but have used AGS before, although only from US and Germany, with great results.
However, I recently shipped some camera gear from Japan expecting similar results, although this is not the case :/
The package was shipped to the forwarding address on the 2nd, which was delivered (according to local delivery service) on 6 May. Today (10 May, 4 days later) there is still no acknowledgement of receipt on the part of AGS.
Can anyone relate to this?
I usually email as the phone gets passed all over the premises with nobody willing to take responsibility.Anyone know the best way to contact aramex?
Aramex are having “issues” at the moment we are currently in a fight with themHi All

Last info is that they don't shop to freight forwarders..Hi guys.
Has anyone used AGS to buy stuff from best buy in the US? According to their website, they don't ship to known freight forwarders, but I'm hoping AGS has found a way around it???
Good to know! Thanks2 days is average. 4 days? Start screaming at Johannesburg.
Shucks... :SAramex are having “issues” at the moment we are currently in a fight with them
I'm currently experiencing the worst delay I have ever experienced with AGS. I've been waiting for a parcel since March 23rd and the only thing they are able to do with it at the moment is scan it every few days:
I reached them by phone and twitter yday. Please do post here if you get any new tracking lines or any feedback from Aramex. I've tried phoning, emailing, praying, smoke signals. It's as if AGS South Africa has shut down.
