Aramex global shopper

There is also a misconception that parcels go through customs, which is not the case, they sit at the couriers cage, so yeah, I will continue bitching about their clearance until they jack it up.

Bitch at them then... It works, got 2 packages cleared today by throwing a wobbly.

I do as well when required...maybe Noah should do a wobbly, he has been waiting 4 days.......but the point is, one shouldn't have to throw a wobbly as you call it, anyhow

How long did you wait on the line?

My last wobbly vodacom put the phone down on me, probably in tears.

My parcel from the UK arrived today. The biggest delays were the sender taking a week to post and then the parcel was on hold at the UK depot for more than a week, despite me uploading an invoice and emailing helpdesk. It took a HelloPeter complaint for the guys to wake up, but after that it went quickly. Valued at just over R300 and didn't incur vat or duties. The package was opened and inspected, but nothing was missing or damaged. The service can be a bit frustrating and slow at times, but so far it's the best SAPO alternative.

Hi, customs clearance is taking too long, Ive phoned several times, you either dont answer or when you do and I give you my tracking number I get told to wait and after a time Im forwarded to another agent randomly to repeat the tracking number step. Can you PLEASE do the customs, I want to pay and get my items as soon as humanly ****ing possible as I needed them last weekend already and cant afford to wait another weekend.

500 Internal Server Error

contact mark mahoney at cape town, see if he can sort out your issues

he had a hissy fit cause he expects people just to bend over and take the crap service that aramex dish out.....
look at the **** Noah is dealing with...sigh

Yeah I've had to deal with them harshly both times I've ordered. Once my stuff gets into SA, their service turns to turd.

It's ironic that ScottyMinimalist would put up with this standard of service, yet flip out WRT your even-measured post.

meh, probably that time of the month for him:wtf:.

indeed, they potentially could be the most amazing service - they have all these great world-wide depots but as you say, as soon as it lands in SA, the **** hits the fan. I have been at their airport cage a few times, it would be so easy to sort their **** out with additional man power and training, that's all that is needed.

I had a hissy fit because you're annoying as hell spamming this thread with your moaning. It achieves nothing and wastes the wheel of my mouse....

Moaning here is bending over, it achieves nothing... Do something useful and email mark, or phone managers, or STFU.

This is about the 19th time he's graced us with his little story... It's a tad wearisome.

LOL, how about you STFU. this thread is about Aramex global and more than half the posters here have complaints about their service, deal with it.

So still waiting for a reply on e-mails sent to Aramex regarding an item on my account that I didn't order. Anyone know of someone I could contact. Also know of anyone who ordered bedding from Rhiannon Bishop in New York, because that is awaiting payment on my account.

And? People can post whatever they want, since this is a free forum I last checked, and all his posts so far have been related to AGS.

Unless he's breaking any rules, there should be no issues with his posts.

probably wrong allocation to account number or the seller put the wrong account number. JFK depot would need to check the name and find the correct account. If you can get hold of Lindsay at Aramex, he would be able to have this looked at [email protected]

Have you mailed Lunga Nkosi yet? Just asking in case you haven't - he should help you.

[email protected]

Or phone them: (011) 457 3000

For some reason this store I am trying to purchase from, keeps changing the aramex NY address to something else. Comes across as a suggested address, but you have to choose it.
