Managed to get things sorted finally after I found a newer version of the MSDS
 
Did anyone use the new UK address recently? How long did it take before your delivery showed up in your Aramex Global Shopper account? For me, it has been five days and counting.

Was super quick for me. Same day. New York is however a different story.....

NY is average 2-3 days. Not bad for a busy hub.
Shanghai is 2 days average. Problem there is the shipments keep getting bumped off flights, waiting 2-3 days for another flight.
I figure non-priority shipments make way for PPE cargo, so I can't grumble.

My shipment was delivered to the NY address on the 16/10/2020. It is now in the Dubai Aramex sorting hub as of 1 hour and 20 mins ago...normal?

No SAA flights, and just about anything with wings is carrying PPE equipment to all corners of the world. This means that everything now gets routed via Dubai where it can sit for a while until there is space. Even my Australian shipments go via Dubai.

Hi Everyone,

I'm looking at getting a backpack in from the US, could anyone confirm what the customs duties would possibly be? I've heard it's likely 30% duty + 15% VAT?.

Also I'm undecided between AGS and MyUS still, has AGS improved over the delays from July/August or is it rather worth going for the free MyUS account for single packages?.

Ugh, Amazon is using Aramex again and it is God awful. It spends just a week sitting in NY for no reason. And the worst is, then when it finally arrives in SA there is no haste to deliver or anything.

Sigh, I miss Amazon delivering with DHL

So after numerous emails and no reply I contacted their Facebook page today:

"at the current moment we cannot confirm the turn around time as our London team is experiencing delays"

My parcel is not showing in my account yet after 10 days. Luckily it is nothing urgent.

For all you know they are shut down, deep cleaning because of the virus.
