Aramex global shopper

Anybody have experience with the AGS South Korea Address? Any trouble using it?
 
Whats peoples experiences like with Aramex Hong Kong , my parcel was delivered to their offices 3 hrs ago.

Nothing showing up yet on the app.

Update : just received a email to upload invoice.
Smart phone app not showing any package.

Amazon UK are now doing the same as Amazon India.

Does anyone know if Aramex is closed for the year already? I have a package from amazon stuck in Aramex JHB from the 16th. Any number I can call to query why its stuck?

As in 3 days ago? You can phone but esp this time of year they are extra slow.
 
I have a international package in transit to Aramex JHB , should arrive by tomorrow / Sun.

Hoping to have it before 1 Jan.

Thank you was stressing that it's an issue with customs. Normally when I order with Amazon once it clears customs I get it the next day.

Do you have a contact number I could use? I'll give it a week and will call them.

They are stuck with too many packages. Mine was sitting there as well. Went to collect. Waited an hour outside. Was a gift so needed it but geez Aramex is kak

Aramex is blaming customs for the delays.

Nope, they are short staffed and the staff on hand are on a go slow.
When I was there last week, someone else had been waiting for 2 hours. When he got his package he was told some of the guys had gone for lunch so it took a while
 
Howzit guys

If i purchase an item via Amazon for around R1400. Say weight 2kg. What sort of shipping and customs fees am i looking at? Roughly
