Aramex global shopper

Let me be more precise. Are you asking where to add an Aramex Global Shopper address?
If on eBay, you click on your name at the top left, above where it says eBay. Click on account Settings and then on addresses.
Add all of your Aramex addresses.
Once done, when you order something on eBay and it says it cannot be delivered to South Africa, you can easily change your address to the nearest AGS one.

On the other hand, if your question; "How the heck to change your local delivery address?" actually is a plea for help in actually changing your delivery address - you can phone up Aramex and tell them you have moved and can they update your details.

The last part. I did the profile change thing and received a reference number from them. Let's see how long it takes.

So when you place an order, you need to upload the invoice of the goods purchased?

I uploaded my invoice on the 12/01/2017. Still nothing. "Shipment on hold" "Need invoice" etc.

Sigh.

Contact Olivia[dot]Ndlovu[at]aramex.com. Also if you have those issue, could you perhaps just drop a comment on my blog-post, since their social media team is monitoring this.

When you contact Olivia, also ask her to load your ID number onto the system (this will avoid the issue that customs then goes back to Aramex or you to ask for your ID). What I nowadays do is that as soon as I upload the invoice, I sent them an email. If a shipment does not move status within 1-2 days, I also nag. Eventually they will get it right.

Where do you upload the Invoice? Forgive all the questions, I'm about to use them for the 1st time next week.

Will do thanks

This is pretty confusing. Their website sucks, the FAQ has no real answers either. The "How to" video shoes everything the opposite of what I am reading here.

You have to be patient. This is a 2 week service (minimum), not a 2 day express service.
Aramex Global Shopper will tell you when they want you to upload the invoice. In fact, they will email you and ask for the invoice twice, just In case you don't receive their first email.
Once the invoice is uploaded, it will be a day or so before they ask for payment.
Try to pay as quick as you can as this ensures a smooth courier to SA.
Once here it can take another week before you receive your order. It depends on customs and how quick JHB are.
