Good day, I need help please. I have an incoming package from NY and it is currently in JHB, I've submitted an invoice and now they've asked for payment.

I tried 3 different payment methods, 3 different browsers and 2 different PCs but I can't pay on the AGS site. During checkout the last step gives the following problem

It's a holiday today, no one working at Aramex Global Shopper.
Perhaps their webmaster is working on the webpage.
As it is, all you need to do is email Olivia at Aramex and say you want to pay. She'll organise something quick and easy for you. Olivia.Ndlovu@aramex.com
Just don't expect a reply today.

Edit. You can also try and pay through the Android Shop and Ship app.

That makes no sense, it's a global website why would they work on it during a SA holiday...

It isn't the global website. That is Shop and Ship. We would also be using the Shop and Ship website, but the rights to Shop and Ship belong to another company in SA.

I entering my last 6 digits of my bank card followed by the word ship and it keeps
saying promo is not valid.Any one had this problem?

Isn't it 1st 6 digits, then ship?

Thanks the Aramex app is far better than the Global Shopper app.It send you a push notification when payment is ready and allows for payment to be made

I use the one with the "&" sign on - Shop & Ship. Will try the Aramex one as well.

Yup. But the discount is only for FNB cards.

My parcel is sitting at the NY depot since the 7th of this month. Its showing "Need Invoice" even though I submitted 1. Anybody experience such slow service like this before?

I had this happen only once to me, however mine was with HK depot, and then when I added a request on it through the website (which got closed) it started moving.

Others here would advise to email Olivia. You may need to search for her email on here.

Hong Kong is quick. Don't know about Shanghai.

i had one parcel delivered to UK and took 3weeks. and Aramex took 3 days to my doorstep. The US one took +/-7 days to get delivered in SA.

Got off the phone with aramex locally and they mentioned a backlog of parcels in NY. Shipments are not moving from NY. Olivia mentioned she will let me know what's going on after she gets a response from them.

You lucky. My experience with them was like that at the start. The last couple times it took them 2 weeks to deliver from NYC. Now this parcel of mines is stuck for 1 week at NYC.

My parcel has been awaiting invoice since the 1st of August, the invoice was uploaded the very same day it arrived, messages on their system are not being answered, the local guys have escalated but nothing is happening. Worst service.

Does Aramex Global Shopper know your parcel is in NY? Reason I ask is that the seller sometimes leaves off your account number. Ebay is especially annoying as they insist the address is a certain way, and insist on your account number being last in the 1st line.
After a couple of delays I realised what was happening, and put my account number first thing. I don't mind if the seller leaves out my name, just as long as my account number is there
