Does Aramex Global Shopper know your parcel is in NY? Reason I ask is that the seller sometimes leaves off your account number. Ebay is especially annoying as they insist the address is a certain way, and insist on your account number being last in the 1st line.
After a couple of delays I realised what was happening, and put my account number first thing. I don't mind if the seller leaves out my name, just as long as my account number is there
They know because the parcel is showing on the system plus I have a pic of it as well. Account number was placed correctly. I also had my case with them closed with no explanation. Maybe I can write this off as lost/stolen. I did read a few google reviews on aramex NYC and it seems peoples parcels do get lost that side. One can only hope at this point.

Have you phoned Olivia or Vusi? If your parcel is below $100 there is no insurance.

Parcel has been sitting in New York for 12 days, Aramex local just say "we're trying to speak to Aramex New York" - have asked for escaltions, have asked for management to contact me, nothing:

I once credited my google account with with dollars and called the NYC office from google talk.Perhaps speak to them directly
I tried that already. They don't answer the phone it seems. I waited like an hour...maybe I will try calling again but during their afternoon times

Spoke to Vusi as I could not get a hold of Olivia (busy and not taking calls etc...). Apparently a large shipment of parcels from the NY depot is stuck at JFK and not moving. This is what Vusi told me and I'm really not sure what to believe. The other guys who have also been affected by this, what did aramex say?

What are the contact details for some higher ups? My parcel has been stuck in Narita since the 8th and they won't add it so my AGS account. When contacting customer support they always mention responding next day and never do and they have the inability to contact Japan.

Hope you guys got a call from Olivia. It seems like they processing the claims. We should be refunded by the 31st (orders over 100usd). Olivia also mentioned that NY depot is not the most reliable to use. She recommended london and germany as the top depots to use.
