LOL that is pointless. They are losing packages for Amazon.com. A very significant customer of theirs that takes this very seriously. And even with all that, nothing is happening. My guess is, 0 f@cks given

"You may please ignore -"Awaiting Customer Collection-Will Be Returned In 2 Days - assigned to clerk for framing, its an invalid category selection done by customs team yesterday. They wanted to update awaiting customs charges as they are working on it"

My stuff delayed, customs wanted every little bit of info they could get. FedEx should be here tomorow as well.Would have arrived Friday if not for the public holiday last Monday. Expecting it tomorrow

Last dhl 2 weeks ago, went usa, Netherlands then cpt.
I miss the direct flights, use to get stuff here within 3 to 4 days!
My package took 3-4 days to get from China to SA, which is impressive, but stuck nearly two weeks with Aramex in SA. Anyone else experiencing this backlog with Aramex SA? I have contacted them thrice and each time it's 'the clearance department will contact you shortly'...been nearly 2 weeks now.

Well the package that USPS delivered on the 21st of January has been recorded at the AGS New York origin today... 
Still no idea how it happened as AGS was adamant on signed proof of delivery to locate the item which I did not have.
Only guess at this point is that the seller followed up with USPS and they found the package at the local post office and proceeded to deliver it correctly or AGS NY did actually receive the item on 21st of Jan and the item was lying underneath a pile of their lies.
edit: seller confirms they didn't do anything from their side. AGS doesn't know what happened they figure it could be the seller omitted my AccountID on the shipping label. Time will tell.
