personally i didnt think the ANC would have the ballz to go through with it, so it was quite a surprise to hear he was indeed expelled..... and then it came... he's got 14 days to appeal it... jeez it just goes on and on... in 2 weeks if they deny his appeal, he will probly get another chance to appeal the denial of appeal, which this was already the case.
just get it done already!
but, i guess no matter what anybody says, Julias doesnt really care much about rules, so he will do what he likes in anycase.
At least, if he is out of ANC, us taxpayer boobs dont have to pay for his lifestyle any more
