Bloody owls,no wonder I have such bad luck in life they live in my garden and curse me with their hooting sounds every night.
I think its about time I get rid of them later today when I get home,think I'll burn the nest out first,then shoot them as they fly off!:twisted:
Is the decapitation part important to break the curse or can I just remove their eyes?

Governemt seems to have implemented a solution without proper research, owls was a culturally incompatible measure. Like the NSPCA said they should rather use those millions to hire people to catch the rats with traps.

Actual bad hygiene isn't huge in attracting rats
Attracts rats
- Food sources - Sandwiches next to bins etc. More kids, more schools = more rats
- Water source
Dirt, germs etc dont attract rats

I am not surprised. Seeming intelligent/educated people continuously fall for pranks/scams/hoaxes in this day and age (4Chan pranks, Scientology, etc). What hope is there for mall-world superstitious folk in Africa?

Sandwiches next to bins is an example of what I meant by bad hygiene and sanitation. I didn't mean personal hygiene.
I feel sorry for the owls they should be deployed in my area. They have been doing educational drives where they deploy the owls, but it only takes one stupid superstitious person to do damage. People do terrible things when they are scared and yea, unfortunately some of them are very fearful of any witches etc.
