ASA rules on DStv Explora advert

And still, the masses will fork out nearly R1k a month for their entertainment fix.

“Where material information is superimposed on screen, the print shall be clearly visible and remain on screen long enough to be easily read by the hypothetical reasonable viewer.”

Same can be said of many other ads.

Pretty much same as for most other cases.... 'Ooops, sorry we will not do that again...' and off they go, all happy and smiling.

ASA should hit them in the pocket a bit, that will ensure that the next round of advertisements will be up to code otherwise its just more of the same with another, sorry, will not do that again....

Access fee = Luxury Tax . If only we had the right competition this wouldn't be the case
