I would easily leave but that will be like admitting defeat and I feel very strongly about this. I do feel people should have the ability to moderate themselves. We can trust our-selves with a car, clients can trust me/us with their businesses and infrastructure. So why not trust us to do what is right when the situation calls for it?

It is a question of integrity. I saw the discussions went the wrong way I tried to stop it by deleting all my posts. This created a problem. If I had the ability to delete it in its entirety no one would have cared. But because the discussion got butchered in stead we are at this point now.

Please, its friday, stop feeling sorry for yourself. Nobody hates you, we all have the option to edit and delete our posts because we wear our big boy pants, you abused the function thus it was taken away.

If an answer doesn't sit well with you then its unfortunately time to have a look at yourself seeing as it happens with all of your threads.

We do moderate ourselves, and we bare the consequences of anything that is responded to?

By deleting it, you weren't just moderating yourself, you were attempting to moderate others. Opinions are like azzholes, everybody has one.

i really don't/can't feel sorry for myself... i care more about an ant outside then i care about myself. So don't worry about that :ROFL:

Actually no it is impossible, deleting my own posts i thought would stop others from wasting their time. Seriously i thought they would move on if there is nothing to write about. What they said is still up for all to see i have no ability to do anything about that. So no this is not about attempting to moderate others. For example we eat a meal and we think "this is good i will have it again" or "this is bad rather avoid that" When I started I didn't know how far apart our worlds was. But I found out and tried to move on. BUT because some very strange individuals started to follow me around I realized how far some would take it. That actually prompted me to delete everything. So I did. The moment I saw one of those people post I deleted it all because i knew exactly what i was going to be in for. They didn't want conversation they wanted trouble.

To add to this did report them before all this happen and i got messages that nope... they can have their way. So what was left was. Right if i see them i just delete everything and avoid a bad situation. Simple response actually. And no I refuse to say I did the wrong thing. Because everyone knows trolls need recognition deleting everything around them means they stand out like a sore thumb and that was my game plan. Then I got hit and the edit button got removed. So nice... I started working without it BUT fixing my mistakes also got worse and worse so i figured this is not right and created this post.

But the mods said that they didn't see reports? I don't know how the function works however.

Your posts are still there in the peoples replies, we can still see what lead them to respond to you.

The first time i reported was with the solar posts nothing came from it. I am not sure if the it worked or not but i was having terrible trouble with Cell C at the time so it is possible that they never got it. BUT that said they did get it after they pulled me one side and tell me i was a bad dog. i have the notifications now that show they did respond and no the trolls are still living happily ever after so i figured fine become a troll then.

You can do the same here. Walk away. If people are being asses you don't engage with them. Ignore their posts. You can put them on your ignore list if you're unable to ignore them the normal way.
 
Right my co worker said he will restrict access to my broadband on the firewall. So you need not worry about me anymore cheers :)
