Axxess uncapped

Whats up with Axxess?

I've got a 384k uncapped express fibre account on a 4mb line.

normally during office hours we are throttled to 192kbps, but today i seem to be downloading @ around 200k/sec.

Is this a glitch due to IS testing their seacom stuff?

or is it a sign of things to come?

I'd be quiet about it and keep it to myself, but that's just me

dont get me wrong... i'm not complaining... its made my life a lot easier.

I have to download win 7 to test on new hardware before we decide to implement new hardware @ 200 sites.

Now instead of waiting for the win7 download to happen tonight, I can get it done today still and get the hardware tested.

That’s certainly a lot earlier than they usually loosen the throttle
