Bandwidth caps in America

I laughed when reading through the comment of that story on ars... One user went as far as saying his problem with them capping is at the price they are charging it is unresonable and unfair to expect the users to monitor their usage. The actually work involved in monitoring their usage seemed to be the issue at the mentioned price.

I read this earlier in the day though, and so while i remember thinking the above, im not sure though if that was exactly what was said.

Internet overseas isnt always sooo much better than what we have avalible here.
Its not always super fast lines which are uncapped and really cheap.

Sure you do get places which are MUCH cheaper and the lines are really a lot faster than what we have. But its all in perspective.

I think we all know why we are still getting ripped off and why we dont have some of thoes nice deals which are avalible in certain places :)

I am paying currently 426 for POS Wireless 3Gb cap speed 256k.

They will get 15MBps with 40GB cap......... for R 424.00 hell WTH we suck here
