Hello people, Does anyone here know where I can purchase a new laptop without any os installed on it as I would like to install and use Ubuntu.

Save yourself the hassle and just buy the best laptop you can get for your money. You can always ditch windows after the fact.

Yeah that's because the manufacturers work with Microsoft and subsidises the price of the laptops. It's rather silly if you want to build up a Linux laptop, but nice if you want a Windows one.
