there reply is not good enough. it does not address the problem. they should launch high level investigation, as any of the mobile operators do....one which I work for. We monitor daily QoS, and can easily detect from stats, a hardware, software or, optimization issueFeedback from Vumatel is that the max utilization on that pop is about 30% so resources is not an issue.
I'm still following up on this matter.

Please log this fault today with your ISP. More people who.log fault, then maybe we are taken seriously. Also ask your neighbors and anyone u know in Belhar to do speedtest and log fault with their respective ISP. I have gotten 4 people already with same issue. There is a problem here in Belhar which was not their before. The below is the response i got from vumatel via TwitterNo change trying to play online and struggling. Can’t stream anything in 4K obviously and struggling to even stream at 1080p
Vumatel closed my trouble ticketI live in Ext 17 and I've been experiencing the same issues for quite some time now. I have the 40/10 fibre line through Afrihost. It's been pretty much impossible to game online during the evening because my packet loss averages 20% (and often spikes up to 40-50%). I can't even watch 1080p stream on Twitch without having it buffer every few seconds. I logged the fault last week with Afrihost and I was told that it seems to be a widespread issue that they have to take up with Vumatel. I honestly can't believe how bad the experience has been.
log it again with afrihostVumatel closed my trouble ticket
there is a degradation of performance, network congestion, over subscription..... during peak hours.
