All ISP's have AUP/FUP policies but some are more relaxed about enforcing it than others. Openweb and Mweb are two of the better uncapped ISPs.

how about gaming?is openweb better then mweb i usually just play mw3 and bf3,and what about mwebs uncapped 1mb for 299 excluding lines ?cause openweb is 449

As far as Telkom's website goes, they say there is a 472kb limit from 6am to 6pm and a 767kb restriction from 6pm to 10pm... I didn't want to copy and paste the whole site... :wtf:

Correct... but they are not throttling yet. Full speed 24/7 so far!

I suppose that is for the inevitable overload on SAIX... in that case Telkom is probably the more effective option if you have the extra RRR's.

Only reason why I proposed it to the OP is for the 3 months free option. It will give him some time to do his homework for a more permanent solution.

but telkom gonna throtle soon so no point in getting it and when i do get it the throtle the **it into me,either openweb or mweb any experiences on that?mweb seems cheaper but is it better?

Huh? And you think the other ISPs will never shape the schit out of you? Note the difference - throttle and shape.
And it's free...
And you will not be throttled for the 60Gb you want...

Just btw the throttling only applies to international. Local gets full speed all day.
Never realized that. So are you saying a friend of mine who is on a 384 line can do the 1meg trial + uncapped for free for 3 months and then go back to 384 without any issues?
I was under the impression this was only for people without adsl.
