McAfee is no better than Norton. It's a resource hog, and doesn't detect rootkits very well. I don't think it features a registry startup scan either. Sad really, as it comes with a pretty hefty price tag.![]()

So which one is then the lesser evil of the whole bunch. So pay big bucks and get nailed or use a free one and get nailed. So the best really is having several programs protecting your system. Yes yes I hear you so then what do you want ??????
