Well they've already decided haven't they? I imagine they're following on from their idea of "black people can't be racist because they haven't systematically oppressed anyone". In which case this would only affect non-black people?

My guess is;
1 - White? One foot on the list.
2 - Said something we don't like or understand? Blacklisted.
Yes, I would support blacklisting of racists, but unfortunately our authorities are incompetent and corrupt and should not be trusted with this kind of decision. They would use this as a weapon against anyone they don't like. You should know this.
Point taken, but isn't that the reason why we have an independent judiciary?

I find the term "blacklist" in itself to be racist. The word should be blacklisted!

I think you meant to say that only people with no brains would support the seclusion of racists from our midst. I take it you haven't read 1984 at all then? Or Animal Farm? I suggest you read up on how this is a monumentally bad idea and that any "list" that denotes certain members of society as "less than savory" can be exploitative and dangerous.
Eish, you can't even see what this would lead to.
Judiciary just follows the laws enacted by parliament (remember apartheid laws, just no but still law). So you get blacklisted for saying Zuma is an idiot (I can almost guarantee you this would be acceptable criteria), now you have to approach the courts to have your name removed from the blacklist, by then the damage is done. Remember purple face where you were so quick to jump on the bandwagon, well those to kids are fscked for live, employer in future will google their names and the first hit will be 'students involved in black face racism', nobody cares about what happens after the fact, pardons/exonerations etc don't make front page news. What if you don't have money to go to court like is the case with most people?
And then you have the definition of racism, this would be a moving target and ideal to silence any opposition.
But yeah I can see you would love this.

The judiciary is already tied up enough with timewaster cases because our leaders consistently make stupid decisions. So everytime a person is blacklisted vindictively (and yes, it will happen...a lot), they have to take it to court?
