Eskom will start rolling blackouts countrywide at 4pm on Thursday because of low diesel reserves, the parastatal said

Situation normal then. Not that the site has ever helped me. Using their search function finds my suburb but that's as good as it gets. Hit "enter" and get error... Twitter is a better option.
