Just wish Eskom would owe up and ask for help. I'm sure there are still a lot of people with the technical know-how to save our country and economy - and this looming disaster from happening.

Bobby Godsell offered to step in and bring his management expertise to bear on the problem, but he didn't last long. The core problem is a political one

Not to mention what it's doing to the air. Eskom is basically burning through tons and tons of coal and diesel every day. Can you imagine how much air pollution they are creating.

You don't need to dream up conspiracies to recognise the simple truth that our country's entire electricity infrastructure is on the brink of implosion. Bits of it have bloody literally collapsed.

Somehow they are simply not accountable and never take responsibility for the work they do\don't do.

I think this is maybe the biggest problem in our country - people appointed in super responsible jobs, but somehow they do not feel responsible for it?
